Welcome! These policies are in place to make things clear, fair, and smooth for both you and me.
By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies below.

Booking Your Appointment

  • The quickest way to secure an appointment is to book online.
  • You can also contact me via call, text, WhatsApp, email, or my business Facebook page.
  • As I am often with clients in treatments, replies may take a little longer at busy times — but I will always get back to you.
  • If you haven’t heard back, please feel free to follow up, as your message may not have come through.
  • A 100% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment and is deducted from your treatment cost once attended.

Appointment Reminders

  • You will receive automatic reminders via text, email and/or WhatsApp through my booking system (Fresha):
    • 48 hours before your appointment
    • 24 hours before your appointment

Arriving for Your Appointment

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  • If I am running slightly behind, you will still receive your full treatment time.
  • If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened and the full treatment price will still apply.

Rescheduling & Cancellations (48-Hour Notice)

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel any appointment.
  • Changes with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in your booking fee being forfeited and up to 100% of the treatment cost being charged.
  • If I am able to fill your cancelled slot, you will only incur a £10 administration fee.
  • Appointments changed with less than 48 hours’ notice may only be moved once. Further changes will be treated as a cancellation.

Failure to Attend (No-Shows)

  • If you do not attend your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited and the full cost of the missed treatment will be due.
  • Outstanding balances must be cleared before any future bookings can be made.

Late Arrival

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened and the full treatment price will still apply.
  • Some treatments cannot be shortened. In these cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the full cost will still apply.
  • Please message or call if you are running late.

Before Your Treatment (Preparation)

  • Facials: Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face where possible.
  • Lash treatments: Please avoid wearing contact lenses and eye makeup where possible.

Age Restrictions

  • Clients under 16 require written parental/guardian consent.
  • A parent or guardian must remain in the treatment room for the full duration of the appointment for clients under 16.
  • Additional age restrictions may apply to certain treatments for insurance and safety reasons.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • Genuine emergencies will be considered with discretion. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to discuss your appointment.
